  • Lost or Stolen Packages: Mardavam is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been delivered by the carrier. If your package is lost in transit, please contact our customer support team at info@mardavam.com, and we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.

  • Failed Delivery Attempts: If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful and the package is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.

7. Unclaimed Packages

If a package is unclaimed or refused by the recipient, it will be returned to Mardavam. We will notify you of the return and provide options for re-shipment or refund, minus the original shipping cost. If the package is unclaimed for an extended period, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a refund, minus any applicable fees.
